Mary Levin

Mary’s love of yoga began in high school. Yoga reinforced her connection of mind and body. Through yoga, she learned to utilize breathe as a vehicle to slow down and be present. Yoga stands for “union”, or coming together. This was what attracted her to the practice, being able to share space with like-minded individuals, energetically opening up her heart and soul. The practice of yoga is a beautiful thing, you are always learning, growing, and evolving. The journey never truly ends.

She completed her 200 RYT through One Voice, led by Dima Bosko. It is through this training that she learned how the asanas, or physical postures, are just one small part of a much bigger picture. She is committed to continuing to be a student of the practice. Mary hopes to share her learnings and inspiration with her students, helping them to grow and evolve on their individual journeys. We are all connected. This message is very important to her and one that she hopes to spread to the world. We are ONE.

Rise and Shine at CPY Sudbury, for early morning hot power yoga flow. This is a dynamic class, for students to gather, breathe and move. It’s a place to ground, to build heat and strength, to sweat, to smile, but ultimately, it’s a safe place for you to come back home to yourself.

Namaste 🙏
