Policies

Pre-registration and payment is required for all classes. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your reservation 4 hours before class begins or you will be considered a “late cancel,” which will result in losing your class credit or a $15 late cancel fee for unlimited packages/members. Classes often open up for waitlisted students so please take advantage of that feature if the class you’d like to take is full!

Auto-renew memberships are charged to a credit card on file on the first of every month. There is a $15 fee for declined payments. Memberships will be terminated if there is an outstanding payment for more than 10 days.

Membership cancellations require a 30 day notice. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to chakrapoweryoga.com.

Pauses/freezes to monthly memberships for up to 2 months may be allowed due to medical reasons or travel, but please remember we need at least 30 days notification to alter your membership payment schedule. Requests for pauses must be made in writing to chakrapoweryoga@gmail.com

Yearly memberships cannot be transferred but do allow for one freeze of up to 60 days with medical documentation. Yearly memberships do not auto renew.

We do not offer refunds or transfers of payment for any classes, packages, pre-paid services, workshops, trainings and/or special events under any circumstances.
