Welcome to Waltham! Our Waltham studio is big and beautiful with wood floors, high ceilings and a wall of windows. We have a small tea room, a little library, a meditation loft and lots of space.
Waltham is our anchor studio where we gather for community events, host our teacher training programs and many of our workshops.
We offer Hot Power, Warm Flow & Chill Out classes at our Waltham location. Warm classes are between 84-88, Hot classes are between 94-99 with added humidity.
Pre-registration is required for all of our classes. We do not register students or accept payment on site so please contact us if you need any help or have any questions.

Parking: There is plenty of street parking as well as 6 designated studio spots on Daniels Court and 7 “All Pro Realty” spots behind the stone church that you can use.
