Tina came to her physical yoga practice as an adult without any athletic history; she was a complete beginner at “being in her body”. Yoga taught her how to breathe. It was through yoga and great teachers that Tina was finally able to feel at home in her own skin - to feel strong, capable and worthy of being here.

Tina completed her 200hr Teacher Training in 2018 under the guidance of Marlena Bruno at Mantra Yoga in Danvers, MA and is currently completing her 300hr at Chakra Power Yoga. Her teaching style has been in part molded by the many people who continue to inspire her both on and off her mat – including Marlena Bruno, Jacqui Bonwell, James Knight, Nicole Burrill, David Vendetti, Kate Heffernan, and Raghunath Cappo. You can expect her classes to be dynamic, engaging, energetically focused and fueled by her passion for life. Her style of teaching is authentic, grounding and motivating – with a whole lot of breath.

Tina’s goal as a teacher is to help her students feel welcomed and supported in her yoga classes by breaching the gap between the physical asanas and intention behind them. She gives the “why” so you can experience the same empowerment she has felt in her body, mind and spirit from her own teachers. She wants to help her students find a deeper understanding of their own practice on a physical, emotional and energetic level – while simultaneously experiencing the profound connection between all three. She is a firm believer in the healing potential that a full yoga practice holds. It’s all connected – and it’s all energy.
