Emma Gardiner

Emma found yoga in college while working at the university gym. A competitive cheerleader for over 8 years, Emma was drawn to the flexibility & graceful movements of the physical yoga practice. However, after just one class Emma understood there was more to yoga than just the physical benefits. She experienced a sense of calm & peace of mind that cleared her head of the constant thoughts buzzing around and was immediately hooked.

Emma completed a 200hr YTT with South Boston Yoga in September 2020 & will have completed a 200hr YTT with Chakra Power Yoga in December 2021. Emma is excited to share her passion for yoga with others & to provide students with a space to quiet their minds & connect with their bodies.
